Sarah (Camier) Long has a wealth of experience in the field of human resources. Sarah is currently the Chief People Officer at CBHS Health Fund Limited, a position they have held since November 2023. Prior to this role, Sarah served as a Human Resources Consultant/Contractor from February 2023 to November 2023.

Before joining CBHS Health Fund Limited, Sarah held various leadership positions. From September 2018 to October 2022, they were the Director People & Culture at Prospection Pty Ltd. Prior to that, they served as the Global Head of People & Culture at Infomedia Ltd from March 2016 to April 2018.

Sarah's experience also includes roles at Commonwealth Bank and Ernst & Young. At Commonwealth Bank, they held the position of General Manager Human Resources, Wealth Management from January 2015 to March 2016, and Head of Human Resources, Colonial First State from April 2008 to January 2015. At Ernst & Young, they served as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner from April 2004 to April 2008.

Sarah began their career as an HR Generalist at Fidelity Investments from September 1999 to July 2003. Sarah'sdiverse work experience demonstrates their expertise in the field of human resources and their ability to lead and develop people in various organizational settings.
