Sumit Rane has over a decade of experience in human resources, currently serving as the Head of Rewards & HR Shared Services at IndiaFirst Life since February 2016. Previously held roles include Senior Human Resources Manager and Manager of Human Resources. Prior to IndiaFirst Life, Sumit worked at Axis Bank from September 2008 to February 2016, progressing from Deputy Manager in Human Resources to various positions overseeing compensation, performance management, engagement initiatives, HR business partnering, and recruitment. Sumit holds an MBA in HR from JBIMS, obtained between 2010 and 2013.
