Rob S is an experienced industrial relations professional with a diverse background in human resources and people management across various sectors. Currently serving as the Lead of Industrial Relations at CBH Group since October 2021, Rob has previously held significant roles including Western Region HR at LINX Cargo Care Group, Manager People and Culture at Shire of Broome, and Human Resources Manager at Wirraka Maya Health Service. With a career beginning in HR coordination at Enerflex Ltd. in 2003, Rob has cultivated expertise in industrial relations, employee relations, and corporate compliance, supported by a solid educational foundation from Murdoch University and specialized training in job evaluation.
