Jordan Faletti currently serves as the Head of Digital & Business Systems at CBH Group, a position held since July 2019, where significant achievements include leading the transformation of complex customer portal solutions that handle over $6 billion in transactions annually. Previous roles at CBH included Head of Digital and Manager of IT Programs, focusing on digital channel strategy and project management. Prior to CBH, Jordan worked at Water Corporation managing digital transformation initiatives and at Curtin University in various capacities, including Business Relationship Manager and Manager of ICT Client Services, overseeing significant support teams and projects.
