Marcus B. is a co-founder at portamedia.studio and portamedia.com GmbH, as well as a managing partner at SOPHIA GmbH & Co. KG, with extensive experience in visual effects and 3D content creation. Previous roles include visual effects artist at Electronic Arts for "Harry Potter - Deathly Hallows 2" and VFX production roles for Battleforge Editions. Early career experience includes freelance work as a CG/3D artist for various game projects and training simulations, along with contributions to the German film "Vulkan." Marcus B. holds a Master of Arts in Media Direction and a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Media Production from Hochschule Darmstadt and CIT Cork Institute of Technology.
