Ruben Swinkels is a seasoned professional in youth work and social support, currently serving as Teamcoördinator jongerenwerk and Intervisor sociaal domein at Santé Partners since November 2021. Prior experience includes roles as a Participatiewerker at Kristallis Aventurijn, focusing on guiding students with special needs towards societal participation, and as a Pedagogisch medewerker at Pluryn, where crisis interventions were provided for youths in special education settings. Ruben also worked as an agogisch hulpverlener in the special education sector. In the earlier stages of the career, Ruben gained experience as a Shift Manager at Domino's Pizza Nederland. Educationally, Ruben holds a degree from HAN University of Applied Sciences and completed a recent training as an Intervisie begeleider at Blankestijn & Partners.
