Kristin Ramsey has over 15 years of experience in employment and industrial relations law, currently serving as the President of the Caxton Legal Centre since November 2023 and as a Practice Group Leader at HR Law since July 2019. Kristin's expertise encompasses negotiation of enterprise agreements, management of industrial disputes, compliance with industrial relations laws, and advisory roles on employment issues, including unfair dismissal and workplace policies. Previous positions include leadership roles at Hynes Legal, Epilepsy Queensland Inc., and Harmers Workplace Lawyers, where Kristin managed teams, provided comprehensive legal advice, and conducted training. Kristin holds a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the University of Wollongong and various qualifications from the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the Australian Institute of Management.
