AJ Klenk is a global advisory board member at buildOn. AJ has previously worked with StackSource, Catalyst Capital Partners, Built on Hospitality, and Air Hospitality.

Klenk has been in the hospitality industry for over 10 years. AJ started their career as a managing partner and founder of Group 15 Real Estate. In 2009, they became a partner and founder of Air Hospitality. Air Hospitality is a technology-driven short-term rental, corporate rental, and vacation rental real estate firm. The company has a focus on welcoming guests into their homes with a relaxed and hospitable experience.

In 2017, Klenk was appointed to the board of Capstone Companies. AJ served as a passive owner and managing partner until their resignation in October 2010.

AJ Klenk has a Bachelor of Science in Biopsychology and Cognitive Science from the University of Michigan. They also have a Bachelor of Science in Cultural Studies from the University of Wollongong. In addition, they are certified as a Licensed NC/SC Real Estate Broker from the Real Estate Commission.
