Tim B. Keith is an experienced investment professional with a robust background in infrastructure and real estate. Currently serving as a Partner at Cawley Partners since August 2021, Tim focuses on investing in land in high-growth areas. Previously, Tim held the position of President at Texas Central Partners from July 2015 to March 2021, overseeing finance, development, and external affairs. As a Founding Partner and Chief Investment Officer at HKS Capital Advisors, LLC from 2011 to 2015, Tim played a crucial role in establishing the boutique investment advisory firm. Tim also served as Global Chief Executive Officer at RREEF/Deutsche Bank Infrastructure Investments from 2000 to 2010, managing the firm’s global operations. Earlier career highlights include being a founding shareholder and Regional Vice President at Meridian Industrial Trust, Inc. and an executive at Hunt Realty Investments. Tim holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Business Administration from Westmont College.
