Shelley Greener currently serves as the Director of HRIS at Cavco Industries, Inc., a position held since April 2023. Prior to this role, Shelley was employed at Sability from May 2015 to April 2023 as a Project Manager & Senior System Consultant, specializing in the implementation and management of the UKG Suite, encompassing various HR and payroll functions. Shelley's extensive experience also includes a tenure at Valley of the Sun YMCA from July 2000 to May 2015, where multiple roles were fulfilled, including UltiPro Administrator, Director of Operations, and Internal Auditor, with a significant focus on the UltiPro payroll and HR system. Earlier career experiences include positions as a Medicare Auditor at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona and an Auditor at the Office of the Auditor General of Arizona. Shelley holds a B.S. in Accounting from Arizona State University and has additional educational experience from Northern Arizona University.
