Chelsea Conley has a diverse background in workforce development, coaching, and recruitment. Currently, Chelsea serves in Workforce Development at Holder Construction since July 2024. Additionally, Chelsea is the Owner of NorthStar Lacrosse, an indoor club lacrosse program for high school teams in Central Ohio, since August 2018. Previous roles include Team Lead for the Midwest Region at TurnPoint Services, Recruiter at both Home Comfort Experts and Aerotek, Assistant Girls Lacrosse Coach at Olentangy Liberty High School, and Head Women's Lacrosse Coach at Ohio Wesleyan University. Chelsea's coaching experience also includes Head Girls Lacrosse and Field Hockey Coach at Olentangy Local Schools and Assistant Women's Lacrosse Coach at Kenyon College. Chelsea began the coaching career at Grand Rapids Catholic Central as Head Girls Lacrosse Coach. Chelsea holds a degree from Western Michigan University, earned between 2003 and 2007.
