Dezerai Moniq has extensive experience in education and talent acquisition, currently serving as a Reading Coach at Catholic Social Services of the Miami Valley since March 2016. In addition to this role, Dezerai has been involved in talent acquisition at JCModeling Company since January 2010 and previously worked as a Mixologist at Steve's Key Club from September 2014 to April 2015. Dezerai's background also includes teaching and substituting in the East Baton Rouge Parish School System from September 2005 to March 2013, as well as engaging in public speaking as a Motivational Speaker at The Arts Place from May 2003 to June 2005. Dezerai holds a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Wayne State University and attended Henry Ford College from 2013 to 2015.
