Siobhan Whalen is an experienced professional in youth program management and grants administration. Since April 2019, Siobhan has served as the Grants and Contracts Administrator at Catholic Charities Maine. Prior to this role, from September 2012 to November 2018, Siobhan was the Youth Program Manager at the Coalition for Refugees from Burma, where responsibilities included planning and coordinating youth programs, mentoring, tutoring, academic enrichment, and workshops aimed at supporting youth academic achievement. Siobhan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from the University of New Hampshire, obtained in 2010, and completed the People's Academy of Community Engagement program in 2016.
