Kelly Vennus is an experienced professional in the fields of player development, leadership, culture, and wellbeing. Currently serving as the Player Development Manager at Adelaide Football Club since November 2021, Kelly also operates as a Leadership, Culture, and Wellbeing Consultant at KV Consulting since June 2020. Previous roles include Wellbeing and Engagement Lead at Netball South Australia/Adelaide Thunderbirds and Facilitator at Leading Teams. Kelly has held various positions in education and project management, including South Australian Project Officer and Victorian Project Coordinator for Principals Australia Research Foundation Ltd. With a Bachelor's degree in Education specializing in Physical Education and Social Science from the University of South Australia and the University of Canberra, Kelly possesses a solid educational foundation to support a diverse career trajectory in sports and education.
