Andrew Coates is a Support Engineer at Cathie since April 2022, bringing a wealth of experience from previous roles as a Technical Operations Engineer and IS Service Desk Analyst at Perfect Image Ltd from June 2019 to April 2022, and as IS Service Desk Support at Home Group from February 2018 to June 2019. Prior to these positions, Andrew worked as a Technical Support Advisor at both Apple and Sony Mobile Communications from July 2017 to February 2018 and September 2016 to July 2017, respectively. Andrew holds a degree in Computer Networks and Security from the University of Derby, obtained from 2014 to 2016, along with a degree in Computer Games Programming from the same institution in 2013-2014, and a BTEC Level 3 qualification in Creative Media Design focused on Game and App Design from Gateshead College, completed from 2011 to 2013.
