Liping Xue is an accomplished engineer with extensive experience in advanced structural engineering, currently serving as Lead Engineer at SOFEC, Inc. since February 2011, also previously holding the role of Senior Swivel Engineer. Prior experience includes an engineering position at MMI Engineering Inc., where assessments of complex deep soil mix foundation systems were conducted using 3D finite element analysis, as well as a Project Engineer role at Stutzki Consulting Engineering Company, focusing on the analysis of glass structures and dynamic vibrations. Liping Xue earned a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from Marquette University, graduating in 2006.
