Happy Lam has a diverse work experience in various marketing roles. They have recently worked as the Head of Marketing, China at Cathay Pacific since 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Brand at the Natural Diamond Council from 2018 to 2020. Before that, Happy Lam held the position of Marketing & Creative Director at Z Club & Z Circuit from 2015 to 2018. They also worked as the Marketing Manager at Club Med from 2013 to 2015 and as the Brand Manager, Marketing at Travelzen from 2009 to 2013. Happy Lam's earliest work experience was as the Senior Creative Manager & Producer at Prime Concepts Limited, where they had the opportunity to work with major clients in the fields of luxury, technology, and trade from 2005 to 2009.
Happy Lam received a Bachelor Degree of Science in Design from the University of California, Davis, from 2003 to 2005. Additionally, they obtained certifications as a NAUI Scuba Diving Instructor from NAUI Pacific Rim and as a PADI Dive Master from PADI.
