Deanna Smith is an experienced marketing professional with a strong background in strategic marketing and communication. Currently serving as a Strategic Marketing Consultant (Volunteer) at Catchafire since September 2022, Deanna previously held the position of Marketing Account Manager at Imagine Exhibitions, Inc. from June 2023 to March 2024. Deanna also worked as a Senior Copywriter at Pet Cancer Foundation from October 2022 to September 2023. Prior roles include Director of Marketing, Manager of Marketing and Outreach, and Communications Coordinator at Fernbank Museum of Natural History from April 2001 to January 2022, Publicist at Peachtree Publishers from April 2000 to April 2001, and Public Relations Coordinator at Center for Puppetry Arts from August 1998 to March 2000. Deanna holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Oglethorpe University.
