David Black has extensive work experience in the software development and digital marketing industries. From 1998 to 1999 they worked for AT&T as an Application Developer, where they designed, developed and implemented a Java interface between Southern New England Telephone’s Human Resource System and AT&T Human Resource System. David also developed enhancements and maintained Directory Operations Employee Administrator using Visual Basic, ASP, and Oracle 8. In 1999, they worked for Maritz as a Software Development Consultant, where they were the project lead for new Internet application design and development for Cadillac, ACDelco, and Ford. David designed an eBusiness site “Tech Connect” for ACDelco world headquarters. Additionally, David Black has been the CEO of VIVIDSITES since 1999. VIVIDSITES is an award-winning digital marketing and development firm located in St. Louis, Missouri. David has developed solutions for major brands such as Reebok, Purina, Rawlings, Berkshire Hathaway, Girl Scouts, Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals, RGA, C&H Sugar, Domino Sugar, Washington University School of Medicine & Barnes Jewish Hospital, and Anheuser-Busch InBev.
David Black received their Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems Object Orientated Programming from Missouri State University. David then went on to receive a Digital Marketing Certificate from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis from 2016 to 2017. David also holds three certifications, the Hootsuite Certified Professional from Hootsuite Media Inc. obtained in April 2016, the Google Ads Certification from Google, and the Google Analytics Certification from Google.
