Emily Bergstrom has extensive experience in customer support and retail management. Currently serving as Customer Support Lead and previously as Account Coordinator at Catalyst Workplace Activation since February 2018, Emily excels in delivering exceptional customer service and managing vendor relations. Prior to this role, Emily worked at Northwest Art & Frame from October 2008 to February 2018 as a Buyer, where responsibilities included inventory control, data entry, visual merchandising, and managing employee performance. Earlier experience as a Sales Associate at West Seattle Thriftway from April 2005 to October 2008 provided foundational retail skills.
