Tom Kiriakou is a seasoned customer success professional with a diverse background in leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Success at Tempo Software, Tom also holds positions as a Founding Fellow at On Deck and a Customer Success Coach at Catalyst Software. Previous experiences include directing customer success at Achievers, where Tom focused on enhancing employee engagement, and leading customer success and services at FrontStream, managing significant P&L responsibilities and introducing the concept of Customer Success Management. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Management and Economics from the University of Toronto, along with various training in business administration and management.
