Currently serving as the Head of Banking Customer Support at Bottomline Technologies since September 2018, Michelle has held various roles, including Director of Customer Support and Sr. Manager of Production Support. Prior to this, Michelle excelled as a Licensed Real Estate Professional at Carey & Giampa Realtors, achieving the #1 agent status in Seabrook, NH for 2017 and obtaining the CERTIFIED LUXURY HOME MARKETING SPECIALIST® credential. Michelle's earlier career includes roles at Newland Development Associates, LLC, Liberty Mutual Insurance, ADP Retirement Services, and Scudder Investments, showcasing a solid foundation in technical analysis, project administration, and systems management. Michelle earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Finance from Southern New Hampshire University.
