Lucinda Harris is an experienced product design professional with a diverse background in user experience and community management. Currently serving as Director of Product Design at Catalyst Software since June 2021, Lucinda has progressed through various roles in the organization, including Product Design Manager and Senior Product Designer. Prior to joining Catalyst Software, Lucinda worked at IBM as a Product Designer and held positions at argodesign, Dieta Health, MealPal, and Yelp, where responsibilities included design and community engagement. Lucinda's career began at Zomato as Community Engagement Lead and included a role as Project Coordinator at Mood Media. Lucinda holds a Bachelor of Science in Design Studies from West Virginia University and completed a UX Design Career Track at Springboard in 2019.
