Chris Dudley is a seasoned professional in customer success and business development, currently serving as the Senior Director of Customer Success at Gradle Inc. since January 2019, where the company was recognized as the CODIE "Most Innovative Tech Company 2023." Previously, Chris held roles such as Director of Customer Success and Senior Enterprise Account Executive at CareerCalls.org, a nonprofit founded to connect students and early career professionals with industry leaders. Additional entrepreneurial experience includes founding MailFly Inc., a SaaS platform for automated personalized mailing, and managing customer success at Distelli, where Chris led the company through its acquisition by Puppet Labs. Chris also contributed to the growth of action sports social network Stohke and began a career in sales at AeroFS, following a role as a Business English Instructor at Elysées Langues in Paris. Chris holds a Bachelor's Degree with a double major in International Business and Finance, and a minor in French from the University of Hawai‘i - Shidler College of Business.
