Mel Lewis began their career in 2010 as an Advertising Assistant at Twistbox Entertainment. In 2010, they also gained work experience at Wave Advertising. In 2011, they joined Catalina UK as a Client Services Executive and went on to hold various roles including Account Representative, Junior Account Manager, Account Manager, Senior Account Manager, and currently serves as Client Director since January 2020.

From 2007 to 2010, Mel Lewis attended Solent University and studied Advertising.
