Jason Sprinkle is the Chief Operating Officer at Castle Hill Gaming since August 2013, where expert guidance and oversight are provided for sales, service, and game design and development, fostering a high-performance team environment focused on personal and professional growth. Previously, as Chief Creative Officer at Video Gaming Technologies Inc. from January 1996 to August 2012, Jason led the engineering of gaming products, overseeing the transition from conceptual design to production-ready prototypes, and served on the executive board and various strategic committees. In addition, experience as Director of Operations/GM at VGT included managing day-to-day operations across multiple states and regions in Mexico, mentoring ten direct reports, and overseeing 147 associates company-wide.
