Lisa Winn has extensive experience in business compliance and human resources, currently serving as the Business Compliance & Human Resources Administrator at Castle Hill Gaming since October 2015. Previously, Lisa worked as a private contractor and consultant specializing in operations, accounting, marketing, and HR from August 2010 to April 2016. Prior to that, Lisa held various roles including Dispatch, Office Manager, and Controller at Republic Services Inc from February 2005 to December 2010, where responsibilities included dispatching, sales support, payroll, HR, and accounting across multiple locations. Lisa holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management and Services and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Administration, Management and Operations, both from the University of Phoenix.
