Serah Thomas has over 15 years of experience in business development and customer relations, currently serving as Business Development Manager at Castell Howell Foods Ltd since March 2008. In this role, Serah engages directly with customers to understand their needs and challenges, leveraging extensive product knowledge gained from a previous position as Telesales Executive. This earlier role involved managing numerous enquiries and fostering relationships with customers and suppliers using a systematic approach. Prior to this, Serah worked as a Travel Consultant at TUI from January 2003 to March 2008, where responsibilities included managing a travel agency and serving as the UK cruise specialist. Serah holds a degree from the University of Wales Trinity Saint David.
