Rowena Paz Norman has extensive experience in strategic planning and partnerships. Rowena'smost recent role is as a Strategic Planning Manager at Tillamook County Creamery Association, where they started in October 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Feeding America for five years as the Director of New Partnerships, where they played a crucial role in leading the fight against hunger in the United States. Rowena also has a background in business development, having spent eight years at Google as a Senior New Business Executive.

Rowena Paz Norman completed their Bachelor's Degree in Political Science at UC San Diego from 2003 to 2007.
