Paul Menzel has over 30 years of work experience in the manufacturing industry. Paul began their career as a Tool and Die Maker/Leadman at Karman Tool and Manufacturing in 1984. From 1988 to 2011, they worked at Inventix Manufacturing, where they held the position of Vice President and General Manager. In this role, they oversaw manufacturing operations, business growth, financial performance, and quality and delivery performance. Since 2012, they have been working at Cast Products, Inc as the Vice President of Operations. In this position, they direct and monitors all functions of the manufacturing operation, analyzes financial results, and implements cost-saving measures.

Paul Menzel attended Cardinal Stritch University from 1988 to 2002, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Business. Prior to that, from 1982 to 1984, they also attended Waukesha County Technical College, where they completed the Machine Tool Program, with a focus on Tool and Die Technology/Technician.
