Kalle Paavola has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. In 2001, they began their career at the Hospital District of Helsinki and Uusimaa, where they held various roles until 2007. From 2008 to 2009, they worked as an EMC Test Engineer at Elan IT and Nokia Oyj. In 2009, they joined Nokia as a Thesis Worker until October. Later, they were employed as a Test Engineer at Elan IT/Manpower Business Solutions Oy/ Nokia Oyj from 2009 to 2011.
In 2011, they joined Helvar, where they held various positions. From 2011 to 2013, they worked as a Product Engineer, providing technical support. Then, from 2013 to 2017, they were a Specialist in Technical Support, mainly focusing on complaint handling and analysis. In 2016, they briefly served as a Technical Product Manager for Portfolio Management and Customer Quality. From 2017 to 2022, they held the role of Manager, HQ Technical Support and Quality, Luminaire Components.
Currently, in 2022, Kalle Paavola is working at Casambi Technologies, where they hold the position of Support Team Lead. In December 2022, they will assume the role of Head of Global Support.
Kalle Paavola attended the Tampere University of Technology from 2001 to 2009, where they obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree. During their time at the university, they focused on the field of electronics system design and industrial economy.
