Scott Miller is an experienced technical support professional with a strong background in troubleshooting and software issue resolution. Currently serving as a 2nd Line Technical Support Engineer at ARO Technology since July 2021, Scott previously worked as a Support Analyst at Keyloop, where responsibilities included managing software-related issues and mentoring team members.
