Technical Support Manager at Casa Systems

Chirag Patel has a diverse work experience in the IT field. Chirag started their career in 2008 at NetComm Wireless, where they held various roles. As a Senior Technical Analyst, they provided technical analysis for the company. Chirag later became a Quality Control Engineer before transitioning to the role of Technical Support Team Leader. In this position, Chirag led a team of Technical Support Engineers, providing high-quality technical assistance. Chirag also worked closely with the Technical Sales and Development teams, as well as customers, on product-related matters. In 2016, Chirag joined Casa Systems, Inc. as a Technical Support Manager. Here, they are responsible for managing the support team and ensuring efficient quality services and support for customers.

Chirag Patel completed their education in a chronological order. Chirag started with their 12th grade at Fertilizer Nagar School in Vadodara, Gujarat, India from 2000 to 2001. Following this, from 2001 to 2005, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology at Gujarat University. Then, they went on to complete a Master's degree in Information Technology from Central Queensland University in Sydney from 2005 to 2007.
