Nikolett Simon has worked in customer service for over 12 years. Nikolett started their career in 2008 as a Call Center Supervisor at SG-Com. In 2012, they moved to VCC Live\u00ae, where they held the roles of Customer Service Representative and Deputy Head of Customer Service.
