Jake Pike grew up in a small rural town in the UK. From an early age, he was immersed in shooting and other rural activities.

He was running a large UK shooting estate in Northamptonshire when he was approached by Casa de Campo to improve the overall Shooting Center facilities for the guests and villa owners.
