Amit Kumar is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in high-end hospitality. Currently serving as Executive Sous Chef at The Leela Palaces, Hotels and Resorts since March 2023, Amit previously held the same title at Hyatt Regency Delhi from October 2019 to November 2022. Amit also worked as Chef de Cuisine at Hyatt Regency from May 2015 to September 2019 and at Gharanah, Hotel Cheriot Chennai from February 2014 to January 2015.
