Johanna Seggman is an experienced professional in customer experience management within the direct-to-consumer sector. Currently serving as the Customer Experience Manager at Carve Designs since 2021, Johanna has held various roles in the company, including Customer Experience Lead and Customer Experience Specialist. Prior to Carve Designs, Johanna was the General Manager at LoveShackFancy in 2020.
