Martin Charles has over two decades of experience in collections, currently serving as a Collections Specialist III at Internet Brands since February 2006, while also maintaining a role as a Collections Representative at CarsDirect.com since September 1999. Martin holds a Bachelor's Degree in Humanities/Humanistic Studies from Mount Saint Mary's University, earned between 2001 and 2003, and an Associate's Degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Mount Hood College, obtained from 1981 to 1984.
