James Huckabey possesses extensive experience in educational and therapeutic support roles. Currently serving as EC Instructional Support Staff at Carolina International School since November 2022, James has previously held various positions including Residential Treatment Assistant at Rushford and Social-Emotional Coach at Greenwich Education Group. In these roles, James focused on facilitating life skills, managing classroom activities, and implementing therapeutic interventions for students and youths. James demonstrated leadership as a Dream Director with The Future Project, developing impactful projects for students. Additionally, James has experience as a Program Supervisor and Case Coordinator, where responsibilities included creating treatment plans and improving program effectiveness. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Communication and Media Studies from Northeastern University.
