Vicky Rey, CTC, currently serves as the Vice President of Government Affairs for Latin America at Carnival Corporation since December 2022. Prior to this role, Vicky held several vice president positions at Carnival Cruise Line from 2009 to 2022, focusing on guest care, communications, and services across the company's fleet. Responsibilities included overseeing operations at turnaround ports, managing guest communications, and leading the CareTeam to support guests during emergencies. Vicky's long tenure at Carnival began in 1981, culminating in leadership roles that emphasized customer-centric service and operational excellence. Vicky holds a bachelor's degree in Communications from the University of Miami.
