Michelle Lippin is a seasoned digital marketing professional with extensive experience in strategy development and execution. Currently serving as Senior Manager at CarMax since March 2020, Michelle leads national digital media strategies across key business lines. Prior to this role, Michelle worked at Capital One from July 2013 to March 2020, where responsibilities included managing digital marketing for small business card acquisitions and developing cross-channel marketing strategies. Earlier experience includes a role at The Martin Agency, where Michelle developed both traditional and digital media strategies for diverse clients such as UPS and Tylenol. Michelle began the career with internships focused on sales and marketing at Cox Radio and McBride Events. Michelle holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications with a concentration in Public Relations from Virginia Commonwealth University.
