Chris Dixon currently serves as the Carlton Academy Manager and pathways operations and talent lead at Carlton Football Club since April 2024. Prior to this role, Chris held multiple positions at Collingwood Football Club from January 2017 to December 2023, notably as the Head of Player Engagement, where responsibilities included leading the Player Engagement team and supporting athlete wellbeing. Chris's earlier experience includes serving as General Manager of Football at Williamstown Football Club from April 2010 to January 2017, with a focus on player management, football operations, and public relations. Chris's educational background encompasses a Commerce degree in Sports Management and Marketing from Deakin University, an Executive Certificate in Player Development from La Trobe University, and a Certificate in Elite Athlete Management from the Wellbeing Science Institute.
