Sarah Darragh is an experienced professional in the sports and youth development sector, currently serving as the Clubs & Programmes Manager at Badminton England since October 2022. Previously, Sarah held roles at MSSC, working as the Growth Development Team Leader and Growth Development Worker, where responsibilities included delivering training sessions, developing recruitment tools, and promoting volunteer strategies. Sarah’s earlier experience includes positions at Swim England as the National Volunteering Manager and National Synchronised Swimming Development Officer, focusing on membership growth and project management, as well as serving as the North West Club Development Officer at ASA, managing regional officers and fostering relationships to enhance participation and volunteer engagement. Sarah holds a BA in English Language and Literature from the University of Central Lancashire.
