Kellie McGowan is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Business Unit Human Resources Manager at Carlisle Construction Materials since August 2007. Kellie has held various HR positions within the company, including Regional Human Resources Manager, HR Manager, and HR Generalist, overseeing employee relations, recruitment, retention, and safety compliance across multiple facilities. Prior to Carlisle, Kellie worked at Discover Financial Services as a Retention Account Manager. Kellie holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management from Utah State University and is pursuing a Master of Business Administration at Lebanon Valley College.
