Ann Marie Johnson, MA, PHR, is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as the Manager of Human Resources at Senneca Holdings since May 2022, Ann Marie oversees operations and resource allocation within the specialty door industry. As an Independent Consultant since September 2019, Ann Marie provides human capital consulting services to small and medium-sized businesses. Previously, Ann Marie worked at Fairview Health Services as a Strategist in Human Resources, offering strategic partnership to executive leadership on engagement and talent identification initiatives.
