Sachid Satyen is a seasoned professional in the cargo and logistics industry, currently serving as the Manager of Customer Success at CargoAi since May 2022. Prior to this role, Sachid held various leadership positions, including General Manager of Marketing & Communications at AAA 2 Innovate Pvt Ltd and Senior Manager of Air Freight at S.A.CONSULTANTS & FORWARDERS PVT. LTD. Sachid began a career in sales and air freight at notable companies such as Etihad Airways and Kuwait Airways, progressing through roles from Cargo Sales Officer to Sales Officer. Sachid holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (MBA) in Sales and Marketing from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Delhi University, complemented by an Honours degree in English from Ram Lal Anand College.
