Steve Batson has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Steve started their career as the VP for Advancement at GA Southwestern University in 1997 and held this position until 2003. Steve then joined the C amp Coca-Cola Foundation as the Chief Development Officer, where they worked until 2006. In 2005, they joined Cargill Associates as a Senior VP and continues to work in this role.

Steve Batson completed their BA in Biology and Psychology at Mercer University from 1966 to 1970. Steve later pursued further education, earning an EDD in Educational Leadership at The University of Georgia from 1990 to 1994.
