Nathalie Soares is a seasoned professional specializing in collective intelligence and facilitation, currently serving as Leader d'activités at Groupe ISIA since October 2022. With extensive experience in coaching and organizational development, Nathalie has been a Coach partenaire at 1heure 1coach since September 2016 and a Fellow at Oxford Leadership Academy since September 2012.
