Shannon Graham is an experienced professional with a strong background in account management and sales leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Regional Account Manager at CARFAX since March 2005, Shannon plays a key role in training and developing 14 territory managers while managing a territory of over 250 customers. Previously, Shannon was a Regional Account Manager at CARFAX, leading a team in performance and overseeing relationships with 200+ accounts. Prior to joining CARFAX, Shannon worked as the New Car Sales Manager at Kernersville Chrysler Dodge from December 2001 to February 2004, where responsibilities included leading a team of sales associates and managing a $4 million inventory with a focus on sales goals and inventory control.
