Beth Shaw has over 28 years of experience in various roles within the technology industry. Beth started their career at Sun Microsystems as a System Engineer in 1992 before moving on to roles at RABA Technologies and Ambersoft Consulting. Beth then became a Principal Consultant at RABA before joining Technology Management Associates, Inc. as a Senior Software Associate. Beth transitioned to the UK Civil Service in 2009, where they held positions as a Software Engineer, Project Manager, and Technical Manager. In 2018, Beth joined Ripjar as a Technical Project Manager and later became the Head of Support in May 2020.

Beth Shaw completed their Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Maryland Baltimore County in 1988. Beth then pursued a Master of Science in Computer Science from Johns Hopkins Whiting School of Engineering, graduating in 1990.
